Biggin Hill is one of the most renowned airfields in the world for learning to fly and many commercial pilots and business leaders have started here.

You can choose fixed wing aircraft or helicopters with many exams to be taken along the way – principles of flight, air navigation, weather and much more.

A typical flying course from the start to holding a Private Pilot’s Licence in a single-engined propeller aircraft will cost between approximately £4,500 and £6,000. This requires ground school time plus 32 hours of flying for the NatPPI Licence and 45 hours of flying for the JAR Licence.
